A question about Humble Bundle keys

Before doing anything I thought about asking here, I already have Burnout Paradise at Origin, I activated the Steam key of the Bundle, can I give my extra Origin key to a friend?

you can, it's even legal, but can you live with a bad conscience? i mean avg. of 5 bucks...even i can pay that.(well, not right now lol)
