I once did. I sent someone a gift link, they claimed it but never got the email. I contacted Humble and got a new gift link.

I recently had a key reimbursed - it does take a few days for them to get in touch with you so hang tight, but it will happen. They will ask you for the transaction ID of the original bundle/purchase, if you can't find that, they'll want some details regarding the form of payment. The Transaction ID is in the email receipt and also will appear on your billing - just so you have it ready, or you could add it into your current open ticket.
