If I "permanently remove" Episode 1, can I still play it?

Now I have "You have this as a part of multiple packages" and "There was an unexpected error removing this product from your account."

However, I have no game in library, but SG still thinks I am owning it

damn I should wait for episode 1 for free, I'm already bought episode 1 a few months after the game was released.
I don't like to remove it since I bought it, not get it from free :_;
