From that list, I'd go with KotOR or Deus Ex. But I'd suggest waiting a week or so for the summer sale to start, at which point that $10 will probably buy you about half of that list.

In order: Kotor, Deus Ex, Fable. I found Splinter Cell very unrealistic and boring. Speaking of the other games, it's all about taste.

I would rather wait a week for the summer sale if I were you to be honest.
Anyway, to answer your question, I think you should buy either Splinter Cell Chaos Theory, KOTOR, World in Conflict or Deus Ex: Human Revolution.

Buy Deus Ex:HR (it wont get any cheaper than 75% off) or resist the urge and wait for the summer sale
