I had the same question once and talked with some people about it and checked profiles that gave it away to see if the real CV was non-bundled or bundled.
I ended up giving away something different back then, but from what I can tell it's not bundled as there are some DLC in this collection that were never bundled plus one of the games (I think the first Hitman).
That was maybe a month ago. You should be safe.

Assuming the collection itself hasn't been bundled, you'd get full CV.

Yeah I checked the bundled games list but didn't see it on there under the steam id but was wondering if it would still be bundled since some of the stuff in there was bundled.
