Scheduled Maintanence (Complete)

Hi SG,

I need to reboot our database server (AWS is performing maintenance on the underlying systems), so the site will temporarily go offline when this post is 15 minutes old. I'm going to snap an image of the database boot volume when it's offline as well, so expect about 15 minutes of downtime in total. The site will also be a bit slow when it comes back online for roughly another 15 minutes as the caches are rebuilt.
