For those who do not want to check the link: 4-5-2-3-6 (7-8-9, I guess?). That article argues this order spoils no surprises, and actually enhances the tension in 6 (and you miss nothing by skipping 1).

For someone who hasn't watched the movies yet, the best order is:

IV: A New Hope
V: The Empire Strikes Back
II: The Clone Wars
III: Revenge of the Sith
Rogue One
VI: Return of the Jedi
VII: The Force Awakens
VIII: The Last Jedi
IX: Rise of Skywalker
Spoiler: this preserves the big surprise in Empire Strikes Back when Darth Vader reveals he's Luke's father; After that you get an extended flashback as to how Anakin became Vader. Another big surprise at the end of Revenge of the Sith where it turns out that Luke has a twin sister. In Return of the Jedi they don't make a big deal of it, this way, it's much more powerful
