Spam him with weird, random, tiny bit offensive and/or meaningless crap until he runs away scared by your weirdness and randomness xD

I think before all the blocking and stuff took place, you should have maybe told him how you felt. You said you think about how you would feel if you were in his place, so wouldn't you want someone you thought to be your friend to be upfront with you? You should just be honest with him.

I played with someone Payday and when I moved to Dota he came as well and he really was annoying, and noob (FUCK ALL I'M MID for hose who play MOBAs ) and now I moved to Smite and today he spammed me "smite", "cmmon I'm lonely " and called ten times.
I do NOT wish to play with him, I blocked him on steam but forgot to block on Skype, just say no to him? And if he spam?
