Contact the GA creator, and tell them what happened. Give them a chance to get you the non region-locked game or else mark "not received" after a week. It sucks :(

if you gonna mark not recived, give the gift back! and send a ticket to support before everything to ask what to do. cuz if you keep the game and not redeem, u will get some punishment

1-If it's a steam gift send it back to him & ask for a region-free version
2-If the GA creator doesn't respond back in 7 days mark as "not received"
As far as i'm concerned with the rules....The GA holder MUST provide region all game as long as he didn't restrict it to any region while setting up the GA.
