Someone else asked this elsewhere so I can't really provide more information except that it is not Persona 4.
"...when I was a kid I played a game on the ps2 I don't remember the name. What I do remember is it had like a Japanese girl as the main character and one of the quests was to get some fish to feed this cat. The game had a weird name kinda like tsunami but that's not it."
