If you read the wiki, it officially starts Nov. 15 (tomorrow) at 17:00GMT and runs until at least the 18th at 20:00GMT.

I got a message in my email that said (in Spanish) something to the equivalent of 'we have your email, but it's going to take time to send you the key'.

Edited to add: Got the key and am now downloading the client.

No, it isn't. My problem is: I get disconnected every few minutes. Really annoying, makes it unplayable. I immediately lost the will to play it, so i guess you better find out yourself how good or bad it is.
