When I have the Ga selected on "new" or "group" half the time I get what is in the image, the other times it works just fine.

This is on my laptop and have no new scripts running.

All good here.
Try disabling your scripts one by one to see if it fixes it. One of them may have updated automatically and is causing issues for you.

Oh geeze, it's that Sooth person again.
Seems like they always pop up where there's trouble.
And look, they're giving away Eurgava to specific groups only!
Clearly elitist. Let's just ban all Sooths and be done with it.

(I haven't noticed any issues on my end, and testing on Chrome and Firefox doesn't seem to show any issues for either.
Firefox had a recent update, though, maybe it corrupted. Could try reinstalling, if you're using FF. Either way, test using another browser, if you haven't already- it's the quickest way to check if it's a computer or browser/script issue.)

Oh, you musta caught it in the 3 seconds I had it up without an http:// in the url. :X
It woulda given you a url like http:// www.steamgifts.com/discussions/LINKEDURL, so just trimming that Steamgifts section off would let the link work as intended. :)

Actually I am experiencing the same thing since yesterday or the day before. For me it happens in the discussions page, giveaway pages, and generally everywhere in the site but only when I am scrolling and for about 3-4 seconds. If I keep scrolling it disappears.

It's the same for me since two days ago or so I think. And I thought it was a problem with my browser. Firefox is so laggy lately, if not for traditions and sympathies I'd seriously consider switching to Chrome.

My firefox was also laggy but then I switched to 64bit version and now it works flawlessly. Are you running the 32bits version?
