I think you start with 3 slots and then every 3 giveaways you create that are marked as received gets you another giveaway slot.

Yep (except that it's every 3 gifts sent rather than giveaways, so if you do a giveaway with 3 copies, you gain an extra slot)

You could make a train with as many cars as you currently can and take us to a way point. Then we enjoy that location until your giveaway slots replenish and then you take us somewhere new. Like a real vacation! Or you could try a continuously growing train. Stagger the end dates/times and hope people mark as received quickly so you can add a new car.

Good point. Also, if you stagger them, you should explain that in the description so people know they're expected to respond ASAP. I'd also stagger them no less than 24 hours apart, due to time zones and some people actually having lives and what not >_<

Just buy and run 1 hour giveaway of that dlc or any other dlc/game that's super cheap.. and in giveaway mention to people that winner must claim this dlc/game as soon as the winner's been choosen..
If you buy 36 copy of that cheap game/dlc.. Just in 3 hours. you will be able to double your train amount!

SG only allows 13 games for me, not big enough for a good train :(
