Like most folk, I'm had Steam since Half Life 2. Which means, over the years my Steam Wishlist has ballooned to be simply unmanageable.

In the past, I've used it as a bookmark for games I wanted to check out later, but never got around to. Or games that looked good before release and now that they are out, I'm no longer interested in.

I'm sitting at just under a thousand in my wishlist, and it makes it difficult for trades when people offer me games and it's not a game I actually want, but it's on my wishlist.

So, what I'm asking here. Is there a tool or website that can speed up the pruning process? A wishlist manager? Because doing it on the website or in Steam, everytime I remove a game, it refreshes the whole page, and loses my place / takes ages to reload. Also, having to click the dropdown box to visit the game page is slowly driving me insane.

Enhanced Steam can remove all games from your wishlist in one go, also it does not refresh the page each time you remove a game. Each game has a remove button on the wishlist page.

+1 for enhanced Steam - no refresh and one-click store page really helps. + if you want to reorganize your list, you can just change the numbers instead of the stupid drag and drop system.

Awesome. This looks like the daddy.

Even just enabling me to unclick the wishlist button on the store page will be a real boon.

Cheers guys!

You can also "save" it beforehand if you import it as an IsThereAnyDeal waitlist, which you can edit a lot more easily for the future. I migrated pretty much all of my wishlists there, before I started to massively downsize their combined length.

How did you get „many wishlists” in the first place? And how many? :O

There is an ITAD userscript that can pull wishlists from Steam, GOG, GamersGate, Humble, and a few other sites. Plus they natively support I think Steam and GOG.

Autohotkey or a autoclicker maybe? Also it looks like you are a games collector so just buy every game on this list.

I never said he must buy every game on full price. Buy it with bundle, discouts and he would paid just $1.000.

I was joking but let's be serious. I never said to buy all on full price. Why would you assume that every games on wishlist are not currently discounted? Total price of all games on full price would be over 16000.

I doubt you can buy every game via discount and bundle. Some will never be bundled, and out of these games, some will never be discounted. Better strategy of course but it still ridiculous to tell him to buy every games.
