Max Payne 4. It's just been too long since part 3 came out. I'm hoping for another really dark film noir story. Or a remake of 1 and 2 that links those stories together and makes it one big story in one game.

I have played MP3, and just because he is in the middle of nowhere with some cash it doesn't mean it's all over. If his story told us one thing, then it's that shit will always keep finding him. Or better, he always manages to stumble into shit. And it doesn't even have to be a story revolving around Max. It could be about a different character but same style.

Different character means different game. If you're not playing Max Payne, the game can't be named Max Payne anymore.

Sure give it a different name, I don't care as long as the game is fun. But I wouldn't go so far to say you can't call it Max Payne just because you don't play Max Payne. Sure, the title of the game is based on a name. But the actual reason games are named like this is to make sure people know what to expect.
