Carl, I have the same mouse and I have problems with the wire. It disconnects/connects like crazy. Did it happened to you? If I don't touch it and don't move it so fast it can stay connected. That's the only thing I can do :S
Oh and my wheel button doesn't work (thanks magicka hahaha)

Well, I've had it for ~15 mins and it's fine. The only issue I've had was with the adjustable length button. It was really hard to get the back moving :/

All their mice(are mice the proper terminology?) are very cool looking! Customizable in both weight, color and appearance. But the level of quality are beyond ridicules. I've had two RAT 9. With and without cable. Both of them disconnected randomly. Battery time for the wireless was almost non existing (no option of actual batteries). One of my friends had RAT 7 with the same problems + the wheel not working. :-/
