[suggestion] bringing back dota 2 give aways

since there still people that dont have dota 2, and there is alot of copys out there is it possible that people will be giving away dota 2; you will need 10 points to enter the give away and the give away creater will not recive any contributor points for that.

it shouldnt effect the site in any way, just allow people who wants dota 2 to get it
