A Misplaced Request

Dear, Fellow Steam-ers.

So, I need a bit of photoshop help, and yes, I know what you are thinking. Why is he not asking for a photoshop request from actual good photoshop sites. I don't feel comfortable asking for a game photoshop request on a photoshop request site with a bunch of real people. So I was wondering, could you place a top hat and monocle on this fellow? He is an infiltrator from Tribes: Ascend, and if you could put some nice words saying, "Ethical Infiltrator" on the bottom, that would be nice! :D
