I failed miserably at searching for an answer ... so might aswell make a topic bout it.

So there is this game : Greenwood the Last Ritual . Which is now free on oRlyGift ...
I got a few keys for it , FROM ANOTHER SOURCE and already made a giveaway for it earlier today.

Question is , will the game be Added to either the Free or Bundled games list now ?

Andif yes , to which one :P ?

I think that the answer lays in the fact how many copies they did giveaway of that game.

Because I remember support post that when there aren't a lot of giveaways for the same game that it does get on the bundled list but not on the freebie list.

25 keys per 1 hour / total 599 keys

That's not a lot imho if they don't giveaway the same game on other sites.

Also, since they introduced V.I.P system, the site is pretty much p2w.
47 minutes left (13 minutes passed): 608 Users in the current round - Average User 992 credits - Average 1119 credits to win
And I, for example have currently below 50 credits. It's nowhere near being "free".

I have like 900 credits there tbh :P

Being super unlucky with my wins :c

I just remembered I exchanged some credits for trash games from their store to farm cards, that's probably why it's so low now.
Anyway, chances to win it are still pretty low, so it's definitely not "free".

Actually, if the games from their store should be considered as free, would be a better question. The cheapest go for 100 credits.

I believe Orlygift giveaways aren't usually added since it's a raffle system and there aren't usually a significant amount of keys given away.

It's also been more than 95% off in the DIG store, so I'd have thought it would qualify for the bundle list if it isn't already on it. 599 free keys probably isn't enough for it to get removed. But it isn't me that makes these decisions...

the game costs 8 cent. so it obviously will go to the bundled list atleast. as soon as the one who does it came to it

Greenwood has been in a bundle on steamground for a few days now which is where alot of gibs have come from. It's also available for 0.04 us there so would think bundled for sure.

have you read Orlygifts rules?

I got a key! Can I get a second one for my friend?
No, players who got a key from us cannot request another key of the same game. If your friends like the game, they must request a key themselves.

You have to activate the Steam Key on your own Steam account.
You are not allowed to sell, share or distribute the Steam key to anyone else ( for example: G2A, Steamgifts, Steamcompanion etc.)

in case you've got the key from another source - then i think it's ok to give it away, though.

LOL That doesn't mean anything. Orlygift doesn't have the rights to tell you what you can or can't do with the Steam keys. They should read the Steam ToS and Steamworks EULA.

They can however , not allow you to participate in future giveaways if you do not activate the games won there :)

which is perfectly fine tbh

Yup, any business owner can refuse service to anyone for any [non-discriminatory] reason -- that's their right.

Legally, yes. That doesn't mean it's not against their respective rules to participate on their site though -- like Sa6peto said in reply to my comment.

They are not exactly free and are not first come first served. They are raffles as well so they never end up on the free list.
That doesn't mean I think it's right to give away here a key won there. People are taking advantage of the system when they do that.

raffle ones aren't typically added, the mass free ones ofc are though.

here's the thread about it for more details. the bundles at the top accept paypal but the build a bundle wholesale section doesn't though. i personally couldn't order their individual keys, they only accept verfied by visa cards thru their webpayment section, but there are a lot of other payment options.

edit: the bundle is constantly evolving and changing though, it's honestly a hit or miss if you will even get what is listed in the bundle. they've gone thru 3 different bundle titles and each of those still evolved a little before they changed the titles.
(however they will be fairly close to what's listed at the time of purchase)

I see ... it does seem like nice source of card farming games i guess ...

I checked the topic you listed and they completely changed the bundle like 4 times in less then 24h .

Duno if i will buy any bundle tho , but may get some individual keys .

Thanks for sharing btw ;P
