Am I so screwed right now?

So I recently won but I didn't know maybe because I was playing when someone randomly added me, I press ignore, and

Then I just open steamgifts and just found out that I won something just recently...

Can't add the creator nor can I contact him/her.

and Can't redeem the game on my e-mail.

Block and unblock him, then you'll be able to add him as a friend again.
