Nah, it's says prior to 24th, so I should be fine.
From what I managed to read it seems that some people who pre-ordered in April didn't receive their treasure too, my guess is Valve is distrubuting treasure in waves. One person on reddit posted 2 days ago that he did not receive it then next day he received it.

I don't have it personally but felt the need to stick my big nose in anyway. This is why I have a little glimmer of hope for humanity and gamers in particular. After going on a MP game, (and being amazed at exactly how many 12 year old American boys had f*cked my mother), and seeing how selfish 99% of MP gaming truly is, Dnomyar96 felt the need to post it here, knowing that there would be a lot of people who weren't aware of the giveaway and would likely find out too late on their own instead of just grabbing his loot and thinking, "Screw the rest of the players, I've got mine".

That might very well be the case. However for now, the price will drop for a while (someone also posted this on the Total War reddit (that's how I know), so quite a few people know about it, but I guess after a couple of weeks people are not selling it anymore and it might rise in value).

Right now you can get a chest in Dota 2 if you pre ordered Total War: Warhammer on steam. This chest can be sold for around 10 to 15 euro (I sold it for 15). All you have to do is install Dota 2, launch it once and you should have it in your inventory.
