I sent in a support ticket the first day of entering this site and it was a simple question that I did not understand as of my complete newness to the site. Now three weeks later I understand (mostly) everything and they finally answered. I mean it's the thought that counts. I guess I finally see why everyone complains support is slow, I don't mind though because the question was kinda pointless.

Sink or swim, friend, sink or swim....this is why whenever I join a new site, especially one that has forums like this, I tend to lurk invisibly and silently judge everyone before revealing myself...it's one of the best ways to figure out The Rules :D That and it's fun silently judging everyone ;)

Well that half over there are weird, and that half over THERE are cool...then again, maybe that's because that side of the forums is just weird and this side is cool so your level of weirdness or coolness might depend on which side you choose to sit on at any given time...me? I bet it's really difficult to find people who understand and want to uphold the culture of a site (long time, active user), who is even-tempered (won't power trip) and has the time to answer tickets (most people here are in school/work).

I just sent them a support ticket too, i have an impersonator somewhere with closed privacy and this is touching my balls since months, of course they did nothing yet.
He is not only using my artistic nickname, but also he is using a personal picture of my face. -__-

And Il never understand you guys, flaming and hating support all the time. You do realize that this is huge site, with mass amount of users, and there are only few admins. Calcualtion are simple
Number of users x number of tickets / number of admins
I know they apointed some new admins few days ago, and it isnt enough , but lets be clear who would you entrust to seal destinies of SG users xD
