I think that humble bundle restrictions don't work this way, but I'm not sure. xD Still, I'm not going to provide another key if someone from a no-ROW region can't activate it. :/

yeah these region restrictions confuse me to no end...I know it can't be bought in Germany but I think it can be activated.
But as Im not entirely sure I don't enter them.

You can enter, if you want, just don't expect me to give you a key if it won't work in a region restricted steam account, that's all. :P And thanks a lot. :D

ROW = Rest of World and often got no restrictions at all, but according to Humble Support this is the list for the key:
RoW (Blocked countries): AM, AZ, BY, GE, KZ, KG, MD, RU, TJ, TM, UZ, UA, DE
But at least for Germany(DE) this is wrong..we are ablr to activate..we just can't buy it with a german IP...so even they have no idea where it's blocked^^

You can even activate a Wolfenstein 3D key in Germany even though its completely banned here since '94, not available on german steam and every key seller I asked told me that I can't do that. (But I did :x)
