On the Feb Five Pack 5 on GMG site I don't see Castlevania: Lords of Shadow 2 Digital Bundle, instead I see Batman Arkham Asylum

That's extremely weird. I just added them on Barter using the list of games provided in each bundle and Castlevania was one of the games for Feb Five Pack 5. They must have changed it just now.

Ah, the image preview for the content (where it says "This bundle includes") shows only 4 games, is that what you mean?
It's still listed under "This pack contains:" though.
I also don't see any region locks for this one, so there shouldn't be any reason for which it's not available for you.

Well, technically it's 5 games (even if only 4 are on the preview screenshots) and you get it for free if you buy any of the other bundles.
I'm not saying it's a good deal though, don't get me wrong 🙃

I didn't realize there was a 5th game (Gun Monkeys), so I look for it. First, this game is not in GMG (that why there's no image of the game on the bundle?) in fact it's not even in the steam store! You can only, as far as I know, buy it in the grey market for around 1€.

3 and 4 are pretty okay for the asking price, maybe even decent. 5 is really-really good imo - even ignoring Frozen Synapse it's still 1€ for each good reviewed game, the Lego and Arkham Asylum one both being great and substantial.
Bundle 6 is a joke to buy for that price, but contentwise still meh, even as an additional extra.
