[Steam] Far Cry 6 -75% (just launched)

I am thinking to buy it even that it hasnt any achievements in steam. Is the game of the year edition worth it or stick with gold edition? Is the Lost Between Worlds worth it for the price?

I think they add achievements later like transferring the Ubi ones into steam so it works on both.

Achievements are literally worthless. Be glad that it's at least on Steam now.

the standard edition is at 11,45 on instant gaming, so not very interesting here.

Is the game really ~171 GB?

As usual, no steam features like achievements, cards, etc. Why even bother to launch it on Steam

I really enjoyed Far Cry 3, Vaas was a great antagonist! I bought FC4 and played some of it but it just seemed really repetitive and stale. Maybe it's because the mechanics in 3 which were fresh at the time have just been recycled so many times, I dunno. Haven't felt compelled to play 5 or 6, unless someone can make a case for why they're different / better than 4.

Decent enough game, but weakest of the series. For me, 3 was best, then 5, then 4, then 2, then 5ND, then 6. I couldn't do 1, it was just too old and clunky for me.

I think a thoughtful remake of FC2 would be a great idea, but not holding my breath.

no cheevos-ubi is lazy to add basic steam features(not only on this game)
ubi coming back to steam only for money grab-im boycotting it
every fc franchise is almost the same, so nothing to lose if your not playing this game

I can't even buy the GotY (or Gold) editions... I think the duplicate Blood Dragon copy is screwing up the purchase somehow. Hopefully Support can fix this before the sale is done, sigh.

Gonna assume that you can't get a steam key/activation if you own their "games" on uplay?
