It means the game is in the bundle list.

It's a game from bundles..

Your contribution value will only go to $30 and not more if you give them away

Thanks.

Not quite. It's $30 + 20% of the value of all non-bundle games given away.

Wait so since I gave away 1 bundle game (Say it was 30$), if I go give away a 40$ non bundle game I'll only get 20% of that non bundle games value? or do you mean:

A Bundle game "worth" 50$ will only come up at 30$ + 20%?

Total contributor value of bundle games given away maxes out at $30 + 20% of non bundle value games given. FULL bundles count as regular non bundle games.

To simplify (I haven't slept in around 24hrs an my brain is not functioning all that well right now)

bundle games max at 30. If I give away non bundle games, it raises that 30 cap.

It does not, hinder my future non bundle game giveaway values.

correct? (sorry again for my confusion)

Yep, this is (simplified) correct.

Okay for a second I thought you meant:

If I give away a bundle game, from then on it hinders my non bundle game values down to only 20% of their value (kind of like a slap on the wrist for giving away bundle games)

I was rather thrown off by that.. Thank you for baring with me on that lol ;)

Yeah, you get 20% of your non-bundle value as extra value for the bundle games. The normal value gets added normally.

That's not exactly right. The contributor value is counted this way:

The first $25 of your bundle contributor value counts as normal (non-bundle) contributor value. Then you get 20% contributor value from non-bundle games extra, which makes $30 (because the first $25 count normal). For every other bundle bundle game you get only get 20% value of your non-bundle contributions. When you give more non-bundle games away you get these 20% of their value.

I hope I explained it good ;), else take a look at this.

Yes, I forgot to point out that I was giving the simplified version.

I'm not talking about non-bundle games

No matter how many bundle games you give out your contribution value will not rise above $30 unless you give out non-bundle games then it will rise from the price of the game

Well, your comment made it seem like bundle games are permanently capped at $30. The fact that non-bundle games raise that cap needed to be mentioned.
