Hello i want ask 2 things:
1) if standard users (not admin or moderator of group tiger in a blanket) create a giveaway for tiger in a blanket group is ok?
2) if when create giveaway for tiger in a blanket group must follow some rules\requirements?

Everyone is free to make giveaways. You are also free to set your own level requirements, have the giveaway shared with multiple groups and/or whitelist, ect.

What a great and fun idea, to make more animals in a blanket groups. :D
I'm already a part of the rat in a blanket group, and already have the tiger in a blanket. emoticon and sticker.
So far I only have 2 animals in a blanket, but that is mostly because I didn't know much about the other stuff you can do on Steam before quite recently. Before 2020 I thought that Steam was only to launch games, and had no idea about emotes, steam profile levels, the community etc..

Nice because I was confused since I saw a Lunar New Year Sale already on the store but no stuff to claim/buy on the point store. Hope they dont drop the blanket stuff until we get all of them.
