SGTools 'Unity of Command Trilogy Bundle' (2 copies) for those who give but dont win very often.

    You should have given something at least

  • Minimum ratio using Real Value of gifts Sent/Won on Steamgifts: 3

    Mine is somewhat like 4,2 so i think a ratio of 3 is a good starting point for unlucky generous people

  • Your account must have activated all the won gifts
  • Your account must never been VAC banned.

    I think those requirements should be basic

And its "Level 1" Minimum (but i dont think that should be hard if the other requirements are met)
