Bundle stars keys

Hi all!
Does revealed keys become locked to account or region after "reveal" in "Bundle stars"?
Or those keys could be easily given or trade?

Region? Sometimes, but it has nothing to do with you hitting the reveal button.

Account? Nope. They're regular keys. I do giveaways for them all of the time.
