They probably removed it since people were exploiting it. From what I can see from the comments alone it was supposed to be 3 per person and people were creating multiple emails and accounts.

I don't use the site so I'm not sure how things work on it. I would initially think that it would be limited to a one time purchase but I could see it being extended to 2 or 3 purchases to help sell more game. Of course this alone might of been an error and enough for them to make the code inactive. However I'm pretty positive that it was not intended for people to abuse the system by making multiple accounts. Even if there was an error that allowed 3 purchases to be made the multi account issue was probably the straw that broke the camel's back.

I bought the 3 Stalker games (GOG codes), then found a couple more games that I wanted after looking through the list some more and got those too. I never saw anything about it being limited to 3 games, and I didn't use multiple accounts.
I did, however, find out that it did not use the coupon at all. I got the confirmation from paypal and I was charged full list price for each game even though it showed the coupon price when I placed the order. Not happy about that at all.

If it's not under $1 it might look like it applies the coupon discount but it actually won't which you would see when you would pay with PayPal (i had that too almost) why it's handy to not ever pay with that one time click payment thing of theirs, as long as i picked something under it, it charged just a few cents. If you would used it like that then most likely you would have come across that 3 time limit.
