It's why some people just posted [FREE] xx and then just said google it.

It was mainly because people were posting links to gleam GAs where you had to complete a ridiculous amount of tasks in order to get a key or enter into a raffle and to prevent Steam Networks, like Rex, to distribute keys through SG (indirectly of course).
