Why "Tomb Raider Collection(ROW)" too cheap ?

I'm just wonder why, Tomb Raider Collection(ROW) price is too cheap in my country(VietNam). It was sold at 7.5$ by some Seller. I'm asked my buddy in RUS and he said it's cheap too, but LOCK-PLAY. Someone please explain this to me. THANKS

Are you sure they're trying to sell you the 2014 edition.. The older Tomb Raider Collection didn't include the Tomb Raider 2013 DLCs and Lara Croft GOL and was cheaper and not locked for trade from russians. Maybe that's what you're seeing there for 7.50$.

It's 2014 edition and it's reason why i must create thread for this. Lose a little money and no profit -_-. Because i am is new seller(RU), so i must ask this.

I'd say because the Devs/Pubs had high expectations for it, but failed in the end, no matter how good of a game it is.
