Waiting in buying Electronics is always good, huge price drops in a decent short amount of time. İf you're fine atm and have this time, wait.

Bench comparison
They are very close, with one or the other having the lead depending on the game mostly. They also have the same power consumption during gaming.
Look for benchamrks to games you actually play/plan to play.

For the PSU, in the "affordable but good quality", I like Fortron (both Aurum and Raider Series) and XFX Pro Series. Try checking the availability/price in your area. :)

The best prices are usually around Xmas, it's up to you to see if you can actually wait.

I think the second "This?" looks a lot better, the "or" being in front of it adds a lot of character.

I'd buy R9, myself.

R9, extra 1Gb vRAM, also it's made by XFX, and never head about the brand of the 770. Also buy a DELL display, they make very good IPS displays and with features like rotation.
