Unified Remote and TeamViewer.
With the first you can set it up to remotely open your pc and the second to remotely control it.
But try not to download wtv you see. Try to stick to the ones that are useful to your needs or you ll just end up have a laggy tablet full of worthless apps running on the background.

Modern Combat and N.O.V.A. Series, and if your tab can run it: Call of Duty Strike Team. But if yu want free games, then: Dead Trigger 2, Dungeon Keeper and Puzzle Quest 2

Following are a few apps that I install on mostly all my devices(smartphones/tablets)
Unified remote( so I can use it with VLC while watching shows or movies, extremely helpful for adjusting volume, skipping, next ecc )
Snapseed or Pixlr express for quick photo retouching
ProHDR (paid, but working extremely well, and getting awesome photos even on cameras as low as 5mpx)
Dashclock extension ( for a so much better lock screen clock )
File manager (from GIRA.ME, it's a lot more simpler than ES File Explorer, which I consider a bit bloated, and does just that, FILE EXPLORING heh )
PS: if you ever need lan browsing or if you want to watch a clip streamed from your pc, then ES FILE EXPLORER would be indeed better.
MX Video Player ( a really good video player, supports streaming among other things, you can even open and watch a file from your pc through your wifi(need a file explorer or a LAN browser for that) )
Spotify ( on tablets you get the same experience as on pc, and have no limitations, so why not)
QR Droid ( if you'll ever find yourself doing puzzles or something here on sg, you'll thank me :P )
Soundhound ( if you want to find the name of a song, I think it's better than the others just because it's simpler )
There are no games here, if you want those, just take a look at the front page of the google play

It is Android, yes? Always check the Amazon App Store, they have the "Free App of the Day".... which is usually not very good, but once in a while you get something nice.

Little games I played and enjoyed:

  • Anomaly Warzone Earth
  • King Oddball
  • Joining Hands 2

Some free apps I found useful:

  • Secore Antivirus
  • WiFi Analyzer (shows strength and channels of wifi around you)
  • File Manager HD
  • Amazon Appstore
  • Humble Bundle App
  • Steamgifts App
