Just got scammed for a key

I tried to trade a key and a guy scammed me...maybe it's still functional?

sanctum-EC5IX-WFGJR-6KMWL if it works tell me please

EDIT:now he is claiming that i scammed him,because i didn't close the fake trade window....

EDIT2:his steamrep is neutral and he still claims that the key was used...anyway i'll be much more carefull in the future

Wow. Dude. Anyone can comment anything on anyone's profile. What the hell does a few people posting "+rep" mean? It's a useless farce. Besides, a common scammer thing to do is make a ring of fake accounts and spam +rep comments on all of their own accounts, and also help out their scammer friends by posting on theirs. These fuckers are an organised bunch of criminals. Don't be so naive and foolish for god's sake. What did the guy offer you, and what did you give him?

record the chat logs / take screenshots / proof, then get his steam profile url (not the name) and report to steamrep.com

Find him and take him out with a shovel. Good weapon and you can hide evidence with it too. Just make sure you throw it in a lake later.
