The (un)Official Profile Christmasifying Thread [CLOSED]

December 26th update

That was a crazy ride and a shitload of editing, but I must say that this thread has been pretty successful. Thank you all for participating in making me work full time during the month of December, and for all the holiday cheers. It was fun editing the profiles of multiple members of the Steamgifts community, and fulfilling and satisfying to see the edited profile images popping up all over the forum this month. I thought I would need help to keep up, but it turns out that I managed just fine. I'd like to thank everyone who offered their help. You're all awesome.

Hopefully I'll be able to do this again next year for whoever missed the Christmasifying this year or whoever will want a new look to their old profile image. Of course, we mustn't forget that the Halloween Spookifying thread will come first. That one will be very crazy, based on my experience...

Hello, lovely people of Steamgifts.

A month ago, I created a thread, in which I would "Spookify" user's profile pictures for Halloween. It was pretty successful, so I decided I would do the same for Christmas (and Winter and the holidays in general, but mainly Christmas-themed).

Isn't it a bit too early for this? Maybe, maybe not. I started a few days before Halloween last time, and had a crapload of requests. I'll probably have way too many requests in a month to take care of all of them. However, I'll see what I can do. Now, let's get to the important stuff already.

How to request a Chirstmasifying:
Please leave a comment in this thread. You may specify whether or not you want a "Santa beard" along with your Santa hat, but the Santa hat is pretty much mandatory. You may request to only have the beard, though, and we'll see.

What else should you know? Well, for one thing, requesting a profile picture Christmasifying doesn't automatically mean that I'll do it. I'll do this the same way I did last time - if your profile image looks more appealing (for editing) than other, I'll pick it first and add it to the "queue". Being first to post doesn't add to your chances of getting Christmasified.

NOTE: In order for your new profile image to show up on Steamgifts, you must sync your account. You can do this by going here and clicking "Sync Account".

Want to give me a hand with the requests?
Are you "kinda" okay at using paintshop/photoshop? If I get too many requests to handle, I'll be recruiting some "Santa's little helpers". Simply leave a comment letting me know you're interested, and I will provide you with the resources to get started. However, I won't require your help if I can handle it. Chances are that I won't handle it, though.

And lastly, all through the month of December, feel free to share and show off your decorated Steam profile, profile image, "themed" games category, or whatever you feel is suitable for this thread! Anything with the theme of Winter, Christmas, Holidays, or whatever.
