I'm a new fan of that is there any deal site. Just started using it from a link someone shared in another post.

It will pretty much help me make every purchase decision going forward.

I think that only applies to the base game. Enhanced Steam is telling me the lowest the Complete Edition has been is it's current price (67$ off, $16.49)

unfortunately, I can only purchase with steam wallet so other gamesites are out of the question hence me asking if it will ever go lower than 67% on steam.

CiV was free (some site gave it or mafia 2 away). And I think everthing except BNW and the two scrambled useless map thingies were 75% before.
