GTA 5 + Whale Shark Card bundle on HB Winter Sale - separate keys?

So Criminal Enterprise Starter pack is a crap pack. Dont buy it unless its discounted hugely and you have free money that you want to spend.
That pack gives you 10kk worth of items but only probably 1-2mil are usefull.

Maze Bank West Executive Office. (cheapest office center but its an okay deal)
Paleto Forest Gunrunning Bunker. (worst ever spot for bunker, never ever buy this)
Senora Desert Counterfeit Cash Factory. (useless business, because it gives the least profit out of all of them)
Great Chaparral Biker Clubhouse. (Bad spot for clubhouse because its in the middle of desert)
1561 San Vitas Street Apartment. ( An ok apartment but still very cheap)
1337 Exceptionalists Way 10 Car Garage. (Bad spot for a garage, but free garage is a nice deal anyway)
Vehicles (old vehicles that are useless in current state of a game(too slow and they are all cheap).)
Actualy there is a free car in game that is better than whole this list.

So only Shark card is worth buying (and price is cheaper than in steam).
So its up to you to buy it or not.
But if you want to buy it than i will sugest you to wait till event in GTA that will give you 35-50% more per Shark card. Than you will get more money from them.
You will probably get two keys for each of them.

Just Cheat urself some money. The price for money in GTA is just outrageously high.

Im gonna sound unpopular but i will say that its not terriblecdeal per se as long as you treat it as a way to kickstart your methods to make money ingame faster than you normally would.

you will currently get a 425 000 cash bonus if you buy a shark card, not gigantic but still.

And yes, i know, locations arent good but its still something (and you can always change them for a better location later if you wish).

Just bought this yesterday and im rather happy with my purchase, be mindful that the ingame cash bonus may take up to 72 hours to appear in your balance

ps: that said i dont know if others also got that tip about the "rebate bonus", because it popped up on my loading screen tip after buying these two and launching the game.

Remember that you need to claim each items of the Starter Pack manually through your ingame phone on their respective websites and for the weapons/clothes you will need to manually get there and claim them (a little description text when browsing them will say that its part of the starter pack while with the properties/ vehicled there will be a yellow dollar symbol next to them)

why not just do the casino heist if you need the money? me and a friend got 3mil each last night for running a few quick heists
