Davos Seaworth, the nicest, simplist man in Westeros. Theon Greyjoy, who has the absolute best chapters in the series. *Sansa Stark (), every bit as strong as her sister, and much smarter. Samwell Tarly, loyal to a fault and brave to boot. Eddard Stark**, the only man I'd have trusted on the throne.

Least favourite (not including love-to-hate);
*Daenerys Targaryen (), entitled and spoilt. Illyrio Mopatis, manipulative and cowardly. Meera & Jojen Reed, we get it, you're wierd. Loras Tyrell, angry and undisciplined (mostly TV-based). Osha**, (TV based), overacting much? Stop doing that wierd stare thing!
