It's officially discontinued (quote below) and still has a $17 price tag, yet it's been free back in March and apparently you can still activate it for free via backend. Pretty sure "allowing people to pay for something that isn't as portrayed" is the exact expectation one would have of a scam, as would be "allowing someone to pay for free content"; The developer should certainly have taken the purchasing down when the development was discontinued.
That's not even getting into the apparent lack of depth to or quality of the content, which only furthers negative expectations.
Due to the lack of playerbase, and the lack of interest. I am going to be taking all veritex servers down and development will cease. As a business, I cannot continue to sink money into servers with zero players. It is not financially stable. However, if you would like to host your own server you can do so by downloading the Windows executable below.

second one it says 'no cost' ... so both may actually work.

For me !addlicense ASF 280205 had no success, but !addlicense ASF 695360 did the job.

subid 280205 doesnt add anything to licenses. It just says OK on ASF. (Looks like the paid license)
You are going to need the appid that you wrote 695360. That one adds the free on demand subid: 199691
So both !addlicense asf 199691 and !addlicense asf 695360 works fine.
But like I said. Its free on demand so no +1 in library and the license can be removed from steam license page.

If a batch of games were recently removed by Valve, your game counter won't change to reflect the removal until you add (or delete) a game to your account.
