Just be patient, there's quite the backlog on tickets right now so it might take a couple days more. And don't bump it or it'll be moved to the top of the queue which is actually the ones that are resolved last since this is a FIFO situation.

Thanks for getting my question answered, sitting at 3 days now, hoping it'll resolve before the 1 week period.

I created a ticket 1 week ago, no respond.

My last reroll request took 9 days, so don't panic if you don't get a reply within 1 week.

i still panic a lil when it gets to 6days and 12hours.. and in 12hours a "rule-breaker" can rightfully claim "not received" then if i'm told i have to give it to them, and do... what the hell is keeping an already "rule-breaker" from accepting the key but leaving the "not received" mark... forcing me to create a ticket for changing feedback which takes 6months to correct...

slow support responstimes can cause more support to be needed, the kind that only admin can do and takes literal months. -- i alrdy got enough admin only tickets.. don't wanna another one.

You shouldn't send a key to the winner before you verify they didn't break any rules. But yeah, after such a long wait they will be able to leave negative feedback, which really sucks. :\

there is no doubt that they broke the rules (in this case its a multi-win, not a "non-activate") however there is a very small chance that they already were served a punishment for it and support tells me they've done their time and i'm forced to send it then.. but if i'm told to send it to them after they've already marked it not received is what i worry about.. ofc they are supposed to change the feedback to received, but they are clearly a rule-breaker, so there's no reason for them to care.

in this instance they broke the rules only 6days prior to me creating the ticket, and it would be their second offense.. so if they were punished then they would of still been suspended at the time i discovered their rule-breaking.. so i'm fairly confident that support will accept the re-roll request anyways (and suspend said user) and i'm panicking over nothing.

You could finish school, get married, and raise a couple children while you wait. :X

kind of ticket makes a massive difference on responsetime or if you will ever even get a response..

user report tickets will never ever get a response, it is impossible since the commenting has been disabled there.

Just make all your giveaways level 4+ with sgtools protection and you'll probably never have to reroll :P

except every other day :P

you'd be surprised how many lvl 7, 8, & even 9's & 10's break the rules.

edit: oh well.. with sgtools not as often, my bad.. missed that.

Yeah, you'd need someone who is both level 4+ and found a way around the protection. It can obviously still happen but very unlikely

edit:
Another option would be to run a script that goes over every single member, scans them for rule-breaks and blacklists everyone that's found guilty.

LOL. I am on my 7th reroll. Same old - winner wins another GA before winning mine and doesn't delete entries. Then requests reroll on winning again apologizing. How many rerolls is a record here? 10? 20?
