you can wait 7 days and mark as not received and you can try to contact the ga creator. I'm on my last day of waiting for a game i won here and ga creator hasn't been on steam gifts since the ga ended but is online on steam where he's blocked me. It's how it works, you can't make him give you what you won, all you can do is mark as not received.
