I activated the game and DLCs by starting the download/installation of the main game in the Steam client
Then I went to the individual DLC store pages and clicked on install. Just close the pop-up window and go back.
I installed the game. Some may just want to start the download until they've activated the DLCs and then abort it to save space etc.
In the game tab it states I acquired the DLCs on 01.01.1970 oO

Got 'em activated, thanks! Doesn't show up in my library but they show owned so that's the important part.

Base game and DLC are in my license page but not in library.
What's the next step of this master plan?
