get the steam console by going to steam://open/console "open a command window "Run" by pressing Win + R and then enter the command: steam://open/console, and then press Enter."

and just type: app_license_request 436180 462600 462603 462605

I activated the game and DLCs by starting the download/installation of the main game in the Steam client
Then I went to the individual DLC store pages and clicked on install. Just close the pop-up window and go back.
I installed the game. Some may just want to start the download until they've activated the DLCs and then abort it to save space etc.
In the game tab it states I acquired the DLCs on 01.01.1970 oO
