I try to keep it in my head because i can understand that a site can't allow that you say a greedy asshole without basic manners that he is a greedy asshole without basic manners.

Normaly i am a man that say such people in the reallife, direct, what i think over them. Thats the result/reaction of there actions.
I don't like it to hide such thoughts and sneak around them to be "good" because all that are in the head are a part of us. If we want see it or not, if we like it or not ... such stuff make us, too, to the person we are.
And to be true... i am not really interested if it hits such people hard when they get a few direct words.
After the words they have the possibility to change there behavior. That can lead to a better situation (at least next time) or a sorry (that cleans the situation). So i see it as a way that leads maybe to a positive(r) thing and/or let me feel better. I am always the winner, the other one sometimes :-D giggling

When you want raise the chances for real users then use the key section/thread from a steam group that are set to private and nobody from outside can look into.
I have such a group, don't promote it, don't accept a lot of people -only a few and only when i know them a longer time/better-. So no bots, no fake accounts, no exploiter from outside, no complete strangers.
I am sure other ones have made such groups too and a part of them make for sure sg GA's (my own from time to time, not very much).
