If you had a Video Game with a side character who's the Main character, who'd it be?

Sorry for being mainstream on this, but I'd probably go for Thane from Mass Effect. Considering he's a bounty hunter, a game about him should be interesting. (And he's awesome)

Already mentioned Garrus Vakarian. My second greatest choice would be Mona Sax from the Max Payne series. And please, retarded kids who have only played Max Payne 3: don't ask me who Mona Sax is. Instead go and fucking play the first 2 games.
