as far as I can remember the chat help is pretty much instant and 1 on 1.

I'm sure you can send a support request by e-mail thru their website but I strongly suggest you to use the chat support.. wait until you have 10 mins if you can't do it now. It's fast and pretty effective, and a lot easier to explain your problem and give them precisions than back and forth e-mails. Good luck !

I'm looking at a 25-30 minute wait estimate on chat. I am not going to be able to have that much time to sit around waiting for them for quite a while.
However, the problem isn't urgent. So I can fire off an email, then wait a few weeks for a reply.
