Official Need for Speed account being really classy on Twitter

The other dude was being combative for no reason; the 'Palace Edition' includes other (arguably worthless) stuff and it seems they added the early access part, but who knows if anyone actually asked for it. Either way I believe the correct answer is to either ignore or reply something like:

The Palace Edition includes several other bonuses but now includes early access as well! If you'd rather we not have these kinds of bonuses in the future, please send us some feedback at <insert web form or email they never read here>

Either way calling your customer base 'milkshake brains' or otherwise is a bad look for sure.
