No, it tracks everything, not personal.
But to be fair, you didn't really explain what exactly you need or which functionality Steam's page is missing for you.
The SteamDB page is about Steam badges, nothing related to trading cards.

What about Steam itself? It shows your badges and cards quite well on the badges and inventory pages
