Sync-ing with Steam Cloud issues

Seeing as there are no active threads about this, does anyone else have issues with the Steam Cloud ? I can't upload screenshots, the savegames are not sync-ing, i reinstalled Steam and i still have the issues. Is Valve having some problems with the Cloud ? I can't seem to find news about it.

Same, none of my games have been syncing the last week or so.

Just tested, and I uploaded a CS:GO screenshot fine. EDIT: Also my games all sync fine (I'm in the UK if that helps narrow things)

Psychonauts keeps telling me when I boot it, that it isn't synced, and if I've played on any other computers I might lose where I was if I play on this one. I've only played on the one though, so I haven't worried too much about it.
