I want the third game since I beat the first two, but $15?! I'll wait for a real bundle price.
And it doesn't even have the Siberian Strike campaign DLC for Sniper Ghost Warrior 2.

@Sensualshakti how do you know or find out that a game was free at some point of time? Is there a website that listed it?

I don't see any indication in ITAD if the game was free at some point or not.
Basically there's no database that holds a list of all these freebies, since there are so many ways to get free games nowadays. ITAD and https://www.reddit.com/r/FreeGameFindings/ list only the most important ones, disregarding smaller yet very active giveaway sites like Marvelous, Gamehag, sometimes Gleam.io, orlygift etc. Not to mention mass giveaways on SteamGifts. However, the SteamGifts database of no-CV is one of the most complete lists that one can have.
The chart is based on the Barter database though. There we import the Steamgifts list of 0 CV and mark all the games given away accordingly, but apart from that we constantly try to add as many of the new giveaways as possible, so that people know that they trade for a freebie or not; even with that, there's still a bunch that remain unadded.

Any user can mark a game as given away (without other users seeing their tag) after which the staff will look into it and add it officially for all the users.
Also, on the Barter page of the game, you can see if it was given away for free or not. Example: https://barter.vg/i/45777/ scroll down where it says "$0 Given Away Free Key" and you can click there for more details.

I finished Ghost Warrior 2 not long ago and bought Lords of the Fallen GOYY during summer sale. Their games are not too bad if you don't expect too much but I'll pass since i'm only interested in Ghost Warrior 3

They expect me to pay $5.40 for Sniper: Ghost Warrior 2 which was sold on the Sniper Ghost Warrior Trilogy for $1.99, and Lords of the Fallen, which was on the first G2A deal?

Irrelevant, if you wanted the game from the G2A deal you bought it, if you haven't, the deal is gone so who cares. That's like throwing a tantrum in the store that a product was 60% off months ago, how they dare to ask full price or lesser discount for it.
